A CAP ON THE RETURN FUEL VALVE MAY FALL OFF ALLOWING AIR TO BE DRAWN INTO THE FUEL SYSTEM POSSIBLY RESULTING IN ENGINE HARD START, NO START, OR STALL CONDITIONS.

ACCORDINGLY, THE BUSES FAIL TO CONFORM WITH THE SEAT BACK REAR FORCE AND DISPLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 222, "SCHOOL BUS PASSENGER SEATING AND CRASH PROTECTION."

THE POSITIVE ALTERNATOR CABLE MAY RUB ON THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE MOUNTING BRACKET, POSSIBLY CHAFING ITS INSULATION AND CAUSING AN ELECTRICAL SHORT.
