IF A REPLACEMENT BOLT HAS BEEN USED AND NOT TIGHTENED PROPERLY, THE COLUMN MAY COME OUT OF THE INPUT SHAFT WHEN THE STEERING COLUMN ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM IS USED.
