VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: HEAVY DUTY TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH BRAKE VALVES MANUFACTURED BY HONEYWELL BENDIX. THE ORIENTATION AND LOCATION OF THE BRAKE VALVE IS SUCH THAT WATER CAN GET INTO THE VALVE THROUGH A VENT IN THE VALVE. THE WATER WILL CONTAMINATE THE AIR SYSTEM AND COULD FREEZE THE BRAKE VALVE.
