The affected trailers have a Federal Certification Label that incorrectly lists the tire size, gross axle weight rating (GAWR), gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and cargo carrying capacity. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."
