IF THIS CONDITION WERE TO OCCUR WHILE THE VEHICLES WAS STATIONARY (BRAKES APPLIED), THE AIR BRAKES WOULD REMAIN APPLIED AND PREVENT THE VEHICLE FROM MOVING.
