AFFECTED VEHICLES WERE ORIGINALLY SOLD IN FLORIDA, GEORGIA, ALABAMA, NORTH CAROLINA OR SOUTH CAROLINA. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PROCESSED AT THE PORT, THE UPGRADED ALLOY WHEELS WERE FASTENED WITH NEW WHEEL NUTS.
