INSECURE CLAMPING CAN CAUSE WEAR AND PROGRESSIVE LOOSENESS, WHICH IF NOT DETECTED OR NOT PROMPTLY REPAIRED COULD PROGRESS UNTIL SERRATIONS OF SHAFT AND/OR INTERNAL SPLINE TEETH OF COUPLING BECOME STRIPPED.
