THE BOLT AND LOCK NUT CONNECTING THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEATS TO THE SLIDE TRACK WERE NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. INCORRECT HARDWARE WAS ALSO USED TO SECURE THE SEAT PEDESTAL TO THE FLOOR MOUNTS.
