Upgrade C00013 on certain Android-based Infotainment system (iCup) vehicles that have missed three (3) or more consecutive Over-The-Air (OTA) downloads. Complimentary Upgrade C00013 addresses vehicles that are no longer able to receive OTA updates. This Upgrade is necessary to have the correct baseline for future OTA deployments. In order to explain the features and benefits we recommend noting the software level before the download is completed. This will aid in explaining to the customer what improvements have been added since their last software download. To remedy concerned cars, please follow the instructions outlined in TJ 36139.

S10266 on certain model year 2021- 2023 V90CC, S90l, XC60, XC90, XC40 and C40 vehicles. Volvo Car Investigations have identified that iCUP vehicles with a software version earlier than V2.3 need updating to ensure the proper functioning of the mobile apps features. As a result, there is a possibility of losing remote functions in the Volvo Car App, such as lock/unlock and climate control. The corrective action is to perform a total software upgrade. S10266 affects 413 vehicles in the U.S and 9 in Canada.
