Before joining a remote session:
 Connect a suitable battery maintainer/charger and verify that the battery voltage indicated in VIDA is between 12.5V and 14.9V.
 Connect to the vehicle over a wired connection using a VOE (Volvo OBD to Ethernet) adapter and perform a NEW vehicle readout.

Service:
 Dont charge the battery before the test, jump start the vehicle if needed. Read out the vehicle with VIDA and start the test.

Upgrade C000017 on certain Android-based Infotainment system (iCup) vehicles that have missed three (3) or more consecutive Over-The-Air (OTA) downloads.
 C000017 also addresses certain EX90s that have missed one (1) or more OTA downloads.
 Complimentary Upgrade C000017 addresses vehicles that are no longer able to receive OTA updates. This Upgrade is necessary to have the correct baseline for future OTA deployments. In order to explain the features and benefits we recommend noting the software level before the download is completed. This will aid in explaining to the customer what improvements have been added since their last software download.
 To remedy concerned cars, please follow the instructions outlined in TJ 36139.

If the coolant pump has an active leak, a photo must be taken prior to replacement (see example as in attached picture TJ_36923_3). The photo showing the active water pump leak on the vehicle must be saved for the TMA photo return process and provided when requested.

During periods of intense sunlight, it is recommended to keep the sunroof closed when parked to minimize direct sunlight entering the vehicle, as prolonged exposure may cause deterioration or quality issues in the interior materials.

Before replacing the lock, test it by pulling the outer handle in different speeds = slow / medium (normal) / fast (as shown in the attachment TJ_37168_1.MOV.)
