If all three steps are not completed on vehicles equipped with a TCU, the Over The Air (OTA) updates will not work, and other functions may be inoperative. HINT: Not all APPLIED VEHICLES are OTA-update capable. 1. Reprogram the AV Control Unit following the procedure in the ESM. 2. Configure the AV Control Unit following the procedure in the ESM. 3. Write the VIN to the AV Control Unit following the procedure in the ESM along with the supplemental information in this bulletin. This commitment requires Nissan to periodically place certain vehicles on temporary Quality Assurance (QA) Hold to ensure that these vehicles, as delivered to our customers, meet our exacting standards and our customers expectations. Effective immediately, Nissan is placing a temporary Quality Assurance (QA) Hold on 1,389 specific MY2020 Titan vehicles. Due to a supplier issue that has since been resolved, the audio/IT screen on the head unit of the subject vehicles may delaminate. *****What Dealers Should Do***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality hold using Service Comm or DBS National Service History Open Campaign I.D. PC741 New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified by using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). front differential has a fluid leak coming from the actuator motor plastic threads (Figure 1): a. Place an alignment mark on the splined actuator body and the gear carrier (Figure 2). b. Remove the actuator and thoroughly clean the threads, making sure not to allow RTV to fall into the differential case. c. Once clean, apply Three Bond sealant to the threads, and then reinstall the actuator motor, making sure to line up the alignment marks. d. Water intrusion into one or both rear combination lamp assemblies has been found to migrate through the harness, and can cause harness connector terminals in C1/E41 to corrode (Figure 1 on page 2). Repair any damaged rear combination lamp assemblies immediately to avoid potential harness damage. Notice Harness connector terminals in C1/E41 found to be damaged through water intrusion due to a damaged rear combination lamp assembly is not warrantable.

previously announced quality action (PC746) for new vehicle inventory as a Voluntary Service Campaign to replace both rear combination lamps on 5,748 specific 2020 Titan (A61) vehicles identified in Service Comm. The tail light function of the Rear Combination Lamp on Light-emitting diode (LED) equipped vehicles may not illuminate under certain conditions during vehicle start-up. If lamp voltage drops below 6.4v temporarily (during engine start-up), the tail lamps cut out. If this condition occurs, lamp function will resume normal operation if the lamp switch is turned off and then back on. Affected vehicles are not subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. What Dealers Should Do: 1.Verify if vehicles are affected by this Voluntary Service Campaign using Service Comm or DBS National Service History Open Campaigns I.D. PC796. 2.Dealers are requested to repair any affected vehicles in dealer new or pre-owned inventory to ensure customer satisfaction. New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). Once an automatic collision notification is performed, the function becomes disabled and the TCU must be reset to re-enable the automatic collision notification function. Some models will store DTC B2E1B-97 for Automatic eCAll locked as CURRENT when this function is disabled. This bulletin describes how to reset the TCU after an automatic collision notification has been performed. For models with B2E1B-97 for Automatic eCAll locked set as CURRENT, complete the SERVICE PROCEDURE starting on page 2, and then erase DTCs after confirming the TCU condition is UNLOCK.

Nissan is conducting a dealer inventory quality action to replace both rear combination lamps on 697 specific 2020 Titan vehicles identified in Service Comm. Due to a supplier issue that has since been resolved, the tail light function of the Rear Combination Lamp on Light-emitting diode (LED) equipped vehicles may not illuminate under certain conditions during vehicle start-up. Affected vehicles are not subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. What Dealers Should Do PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED INSPECTION INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History Open Campaigns I.D. PC746 New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). If there is NOT a REPAIR KIT-DUST BOOT (CV Joint Boot Kit) available for the vehicle being repaired, refer to the ESM for further diagnostic information. If the fluid condition indicates that the transfer case has been damaged, the transfer case should be replaced. If the fluid condition is ok, replace only the leaking seal. A blinking AEB warning light may occur under the following conditions: When contamination or foreign material adhere to the lane camera viewing window on the windshield. When driving while it is snowing or when frost forms on the lane camera viewing window on the windshield. When the lane camera viewing window on the windshield is temporarily fogged up.
