If all three steps are not completed on vehicles equipped with a TCU, the Over The Air (OTA) updates will not work, and other functions may be inoperative. HINT: Not all APPLIED VEHICLES are OTA-update capable. 1. Reprogram the AV Control Unit following the procedure in the ESM. 2. Configure the AV Control Unit following the procedure in the ESM. 3. Effective immediately, Nissan is placing a temporary Quality Assurance (QA) Hold on 1,389 specific MY2020 Titan vehicles. Due to a supplier issue that has since been resolved, the audio/IT screen on the head unit of the subject vehicles may delaminate. *****What Dealers Should Do***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality hold using Service Comm or DBS National Service History Open Campaign I.D. PC741 New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified by using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information Some vehicles may still be in transit. Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for QA Hold applicability. 2. Remove the actuator and thoroughly clean the threads, making sure not to allow RTV to fall into the differential case. c. Once clean, apply Three Bond sealant to the threads, and then reinstall the actuator motor, making sure to line up the alignment marks. d. The tail light function of the Rear Combination Lamp on Light-emitting diode (LED) equipped vehicles may not illuminate under certain conditions during vehicle start-up. If lamp voltage drops below 6.4v temporarily (during engine start-up), the tail lamps cut out. If this condition occurs, lamp function will resume normal operation if the lamp switch is turned off and then back on. Affected vehicles are not subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. What Dealers Should Do: 1.Verify if vehicles are affected by this Voluntary Service Campaign using Service Comm or DBS National Service History Open Campaigns I.D. PC796. 2.Dealers are requested to repair any affected vehicles in dealer new or pre-owned inventory to ensure customer satisfaction. New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). A blinking AEB warning light may occur under the following conditions: When contamination or foreign material adhere to the lane camera viewing window on the windshield.
