DO NOT replace the front differential due to a fluid leak from the actuator motor unless there has been consequential damage due to fluid loss (bearing failure or gear noise) to the front differential.

Announcement***** Nissan is committed to providing the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, Nissan is extending the emission warranty coverage on MY17 Titan XD Turbo Actuator and High-Pressure Turbocharger to 10 Years or 150,000 miles, whichever occurs first. All other warranty terms, limitations, and conditions remain unchanged. Certain MY17 TITAN XD Diesel vehicles may experience issues with the Turbo Actuator or the High-Pressure Turbocharger. Over time, a solder crack may develop in the Turbo Actuator and/or carbon build-up is possible on the High-Pressure Turbocharger Compressor. The most likely conditions are a MIL-On with DTC P00AF and/or DTC P0299. These issues have no effect on vehicle safety, drivability, or fuel economy. There could be a decrease in performance if either condition were to occur. During the limited emission warranty extension period, owners are eligible for free replacement of the Turbo Actuator and High-Pressure Turbocharger if either is determined to be required by a Nissan trained technician. Owners of eligible vehicles will receive notification of this limited emission warranty extension during January 2023. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Water intrusion into one or both rear combination lamp assemblies has been found to migrate through the harness, and can cause harness connector terminals in C1/E41 to corrode (Figure 1 on page 2). Repair any damaged rear combination lamp assemblies immediately to avoid potential harness damage. Notice Harness connector terminals in C1/E41 found to be damaged through water intrusion due to a damaged rear combination lamp assembly is not warrantable.

Nissan has determined that the subject vehicles were manufactured with an On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) calibration that may not allow the exhaust gas sensor monitors to run as intended. ACTION Replace the rear parking brake shoes and retainer springs on both sides of the vehicle. - If the parking brake shoes have worn through their lining and scored either the left side or right side drum surface of the brake rotor, or if any other related damage is present, replace the brake rotor on the affected side and replace the disk brake pads.

SERVICE INFORMATION The end cap chrome trim (front and rear) on the step rails (running boards) is now available as a separate part (see Parts Information). If the end cap chrome trim needs to be replaced for any reason (fell off, damaged, etc.), replace only the end cap chrome trim. NOTE: - The end cap chrome trim can be replaced without removing the end cap or step pad. - DO NOT replace the entire step rail when only the end cap chrome trim is needed. - Refer to Installation Tips on the next page

front passenger seat has a visible vibration/movement that only occurs at speeds between 60 mph and 80 mph And Vibration/movement can be reproduced while driving on smooth roads (vibration/movement not caused by road surface) And All tires are in balance and road force vibration is within specifications (see NTB11-062). trim protective covering on the front and rear seats, front and rear door panel finishers, steering wheel, and sun visors (see examples on page 2). When removing the protective covering, care must be used to avoid scuffs, scrapes, cuts, and other abrasive contact to interior trim components. DO NOT use sharp objects like razor blades, box cutters, knives, etc. when removing the plastic interior trim protective covering. IMPORTANT All soft trim described in this bulletin is on automatic return to NNA. Any trim found damaged in the way described in this bulletin will be charged back to the dealer.
