The current software installed may allow the Variable Valve Timing (VVT) solenoid valve diagnosis to continue to draw current when the engine is off. This condition may result in a reduction of the battery life. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this Voluntary Service Campaign using Service Comm or DBS National Service History - Open Campaign I.Ds: PC734 Titan, NV Passenger Van PM940 Sentra, NV200, NV200 Taxi P0A05 GT-R, Armada - New vehicles in dealer inventory can be also be identified using DCS (Sales->Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information 2. Dealers are requested to repair any affected vehicles in retailer new or pre-owned inventory to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. follow the procedures in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM). - Warranty claims for headlamp adjustment are subject to audit. - Claims must have the measurements for dimension H, M, and N (shown in this bulletin) listed on the repair order and on the Technician Comments line of the claim. - Claims submitted without these measurements may be denied. If a customer reports their headlamps are not aimed correctly: - Follow the exact procedure in the ESM for headlamp adjustment. - For the procedure to aim the headlamps refer to the ESM: DRIVER CONTROLS > EXTERIOR LIGHTING SYSTEM > LED HEADLAMP > PERIODIC MAINTENANCE > HEADLAMP AIMING ADJUSTMENT. - Do not deviate from the adjustment procedure in the ESM. - Refer to the Clarifications of the ESM Vertical Headlamp Adjustment Procedures in this bulletin.

These vehicles are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. Due to a supplier quality issue, that has since been corrected, the driver?s side headlamp reflector may partially detach inside of the headlamp due to vibration while driving. ***** What Dealers Should Do ***** 1. Verify if vehicles currently in dealer inventory are affected by using Service Comm or National Service History ? Open Campaign I.D. P9319. - New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). - Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information - Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Dealers should use the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) procedure to remedy any vehicle affected by this quality action. - Nissan has developed an automatic parts shipment to provide parts to dealers with affected inventory. Please see the attached list. - Dealers do not need to order parts. 3. The service department should submit the applicable warranty claims for the action performed so it can be closed in Service Comm and release the vehicle. ***** Dealer Responsibility ***** It is the dealer?s responsibility to check Service Comm or DBS National Service History ? If there is a REPAIR KIT-DUST BOOT (CV Joint Boot Kit) available for the vehicle being repaired, do NOT replace the axle. SERVICE INFORMATION An Intelligent Key, for the applied vehicles with NissanConnect, has the abillity to trigger specific customized settings for the radio, clock, heating and air conditioning (HVAC) and navigation that are unique to that key, and each Intelligent Key for a specific vehicle may have different settings stored. EXAMPLE: The vehicle may be driven by more than one person, and each driver has a personal Intelligent Key. Each driver may adjust their preferred vehicle settings differently. If two or more Intelligent Keys with different stored settings are unintentionally interchanged, one or more of the following perceived issues might be reported by the customer(s). - Radio ? Presets are lost or change - Clock ? Settings are not showing the correct time due to day-light savings or the selected region (time zone) - HVAC ? Controls are set differently - Navigation ? Settings suddenly altered If any of these perceived issues are present: - Confirm if there are multiple Intelligent Keys being used by the customer(s) interchangeably, and if so, verify that each key?s settings are different. NOTE: Customer may not recognize that different Intelligent Keys are linked differently.
