The moonroof of subject vehicles may be under-flush to the body causing the potential for water leak or wind noise. The D-ring may be mis-set causing the roof to bow in the center line area. Affected vehicles are subject to stop sale and are either currently in dealer inventory or assigned and in transit to the dealer. *****What Dealers Should Do***** PLEASE FOLLOW THE ATTACHED INSPECTION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Verify if vehicles are affected by this quality action using Service Comm or DBS National Service History Open Campaigns I.D. PC800 New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information Please continue to check newly arriving inventory for campaign applicability. 2. Please do not drive, loan, sell or trade the specific vehicles in dealer inventory subject to this Quality Action. 3. Use the attached procedure to inspect vehicles affected by this quality action. If the inspection results indicate that the moonroof is Good, no further action is needed. File a claim for the inspection, and release the vehicle for sale. A blinking AEB warning light may occur under the following conditions: When contamination or foreign material adhere to the lane camera viewing window on the windshield. When driving while it is snowing or when frost forms on the lane camera viewing window on the windshield. When the lane camera viewing window on the windshield is temporarily fogged up. engaging when the AC is in the ON position as indicated by the yellow illumination on the AC button, And DTC B20C8-14 ECV (ELECTRICAL CONTROL VALVE) is stored in the IPDM. SERVICE PROCEDURE 1. Clear the DTC, and follow the DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE in the ESM. If DTC B20C8-14 is past, AC compressor operation is inhibited until the DTC is cleared. If DTC B20C8-14 returns after being cleared (either Current or Past status), follow the ESM diagnosis procedure. For models with Automatic Air Conditioning, go to section: VENTILATION, HEATER & AIR CONDITIONER > HEATER & AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL SYSTEM > AUTOMATIC AIR CONDITIONING > DTC/CIRCUIT DIAGNOSIS > B20C8-14 ECV (ELECTRICAL CONTROL VALVE). Use the vehicle tables in this bulletin to determine the current software version, if the AV Control Unit requires a software version update, and which procedure to use to update the AV Control Unit. The software updates in this bulletin are to address stability improvements and bug fixes. IMPORTANT: If the customer is experiencing a software related concern, refer to NTB21-038 to verify if the customer concern is a hardware or software related issue. If the concern is a software related issue, review the information in this bulletin to update the AV Control Unit as needed.

approximately 30,733 MY2021 Nissan Altima (L34) vehicles with a supplemental Owners Manual addendum booklet. The 2021 Model Year Altima is now rated for Rear Center Seat Latch usage, which was not included in the Owners Manual. Customers will be asked to place the supplemental Owners Manual addendum booklet, which includes this information, inside the vehicles glove box. What Dealers Should Do: 1.Verify if new vehicles in their inventory are affected by this Voluntary Service Campaign using Service Comm or DBS National Service History Open Campaigns I.D. PC789. New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign). Refer to NPSB 15-460 for additional information SERVICE COMM will only be active for vehicles in new vehicle dealer inventory. 2.If a dealer receives a supplemental Owners Manual addendum booklet for a vehicle they have retailed, currently have in their new vehicle or pre-owned inventory, or a Nissan Rental Car (NRC), the dealer should either forward the owners manual addendum to the current owner or add the addendum to the glove box of any affected vehicle they currently control. 3.Customers receiving this addendum booklet have been advised to insert this booklet into their glove box.

If there is a REPAIR KIT-DUST BOOT (CV Joint Boot Kit) available for the vehicle being repaired, do NOT replace the axle. Install a new boot kit following the procedure in the ESM. o Refer to the ESM: TRANSMISSION & DRIVELINE > FRONT AXLE > REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION > FRONT DRIVE SHAFT BOOT o If the complete axle (drive shaft) is replaced when only a new boot is required, the over-repair may be charged back to the dealer. front axle nut removed, for any reason, the staking of the nut into the axle keyway must first be removed. The essential tool (part number # J-52982, Figure 1) required to remove the nut staking, is called out as a Cape Chisel in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM), and must be used to prevent thread damage to the axle (see Figure 2 on page 2). The Cape Chisel arrived at dealers in December of 2020. Damaged threads, due to improper removal of the stake placed in the nut, will not be covered by warranty. For information on using the Cape Chisel, refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM): Section TRANSMISSION & DRIVELINE > FRONT AXLE > REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION > FRONT DRIVE SHAFT > LH/RH.
