Lippert (Newmars window supplier) is recalling Hehr 6400 series window vents (Lippert recall 21E 047) built between 10/01/2018 and 08/13/2020, which were used on various coach models during the affected period. The adhesive that bonds the vented portion of the window may fail. Adhesive failure may cause the vent portion of the window to detach, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Xite systems shipped to Newmar prior to 8/3/18. Issue: If a turn signal or other standard definition camera is active or selected on the camera screen, the reverse signal will not trigger the camera to automatically display the reverse screen. The reverse camera can be manually selected and viewed. The firmware update will cause the reverse signal to override any other camera view and display the reverse camera. Then it will return to the previous camera selection once the coach is no longer in reverse.

G3 system.

In most cases, the 10 amp fuse installed by the factory is sufficient. However, some coaches equipped with a ShurFlo water pump (Newmar part # 127488) blow the 10 amp water pump fuse.

A newly designed plenum will improve air flow from the bedroom A/C vents.

This will only apply to coaches equipped with an HDMI/ CAT6 splitter AND the customer has installed a Geni-type satellite receiver. In this scenario, the customer may have issues trying to select satellite stations that toggle between high definition (HD) and standard definition.
