Canister, only replace the ESIM Detector. -Before replacing the Vapor Canister due to Hard to Fill condition, replicate the condition at the Gas Station. If the condition is replicated, then check: 1) for kinked or pinched Clean Air Hose between the ESIM and the EVAP Air Filter; 2) for plugged EVAP Air Filter; 3) for kinked or pinched Vapor Hose between the Fuel Tank and the Vapor Canister. If the EVAP Filter is restricted, the replace the Filter. -Check if the Vapor Canister is flooded with fuel or the Recirculation Line has fuel. If fuel is found in the Vapor Canister or the Recirculation Line, then drop the Fuel Tank, remove the FDM Lock Ring to check if the internal Vapor Line is properly connected to the FDM Port. If the Vapor Line is not connected, then drain the fuel from the internal Vapor Line and properly connect to the FDM. Replace the Vapor Canister and the ESIM."

replacing this part, please perform the following checks: - Check speaker on/off function. Press and HOLD power button for at least 4 seconds. If speaker powers up you will hear the "wake up" sound. Confer with customer to see if issue is resolved. - If speaker does not power up, this may be due to a low/dead internal battery. This could be due to improper docking/charging within dock located in rear compartment of vehicle. Check for dent/damage on back of speaker (sign of improper docking). Install speaker into docking station - turn up radio and ensure audio is passing through the speaker (this confirms that the dock is plugged into vehicle harness). When docked, the speaker is quieter than the other speakers so you will need to get close to hear the radio sounds coming out of the wireless speaker in the dock. (It takes a few seconds after docking for the speaker to come on) Speaker needs to be in dock for at least 20 minutes with vehicle ON to bring internal battery up to charge. Once this is done, check again for on/off function - If speaker still does not power up after proper charging, speaker can be replaced under warranty. ***please reference the wireless speaker owner's manual for further details***

ADJUSTER Valve Lash Customer's complaint may include a ticking noise coming from the engine.

Read full bulletin

Technician's observations can refer to spongy or stuck hydraulic lash adjusters. Exhaust lash adjusters found with a "spongy" condition (compressible plunger) leading to the assumption of being defective/malfunctioning. EXHAUST lash adjusters are designed to be COMPRESSIBLE by hand. Intake lash adjusters found with a stiff or stuck condition (non-compressible plunger) leading to the assumption of being defective/malfunctioning. INTAKE lash adjusters are designed to be NON COMPRESSIBLE by hand. Do Not Replace EXHAUST lash adjusters when the following condition is present: should be compressible, but they will exert a reactionary spring force during compression and return to full expansion without a compression force. Do Not Replace INTAKE lash adjusters when the following condition is present: should feel very firm and difficult to compress. Once the correct functioning of the intake and exhaust lash adjusters is validated with the procedure above, refer to the Service Manual "HYDRAULIC LIFTER(S) NOISE DIAGNOSIS" procedure. After the corresponding service procedures from the Service Manual involving the Lash Adjusters have been conducted, refer to the detailed instructions in the Service Manual to diagnose and/or service any other component.

All Promaster (VF) 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the transmission bracket to the transmission case fasteners are removed during servicing, the fasteners (Part Number 06511385A$) are one-time usage. Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA Vehicles built after on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. All 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the vehicle you are repairing has a crack in the flex plate or failed pump bushing inspect and confirm that both (2) dowel pins are present in the engine block, which align the transmission center line to the crank shaft centerline and visually inspect the dowel alignment holes in the transmission case. If the holes are damaged or elongated the transmission should be replaced to prevent further damage to the transmission/flexplate or pump bushing due to the inability to properly align the engine to the transmission during the repair. 3. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If pump bushing is scored or damaged and the dowel pin alignment holes are ok, replace the pump assembly as opposed to complete transmission. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter.

the Carrier Output Shaft is missing 2 seals for some of the kits delivered to dealers. These seals are not available individually. MOPAR is working to get the parts. Do not rebuild the transmission without these seals otherwise the vehicle will not have reverse. Please refer to STAR Online Publication S2421000001 for instructions for inspecting if the seals are present on the Output Shaft Carrier Shaft. If seals are missing, please return the D-Clutch Kit as defective and order another kit. Transmission replacement is not recommended as this issue should be solved with replacement kits

This FOBIK should only be ordered in the event the vehicle is inoperable, and there are no other FOBIKs available. It is requested the customer uses their spare FOBIK until supply is once again available. On some 2021 vehicles, they will be sold with only one FOBIK, and will have sales code ?GXZ?. For these vehicles a CSN (Customer Satisfaction Notification) will be released to replace the FOBIK once supply is available. A unique part number will be used for this campaign. For these vehicles, only order a replacement FOBIK in a vehicle down situation. Due to the global shortage, once service inventory of this part is depleted, there may not be any additional parts available for service for an extended period of time. This may cause customer dissatisfaction and extended vehicle down time. We appreciate everyone?s consideration and cooperation to only order this part in a vehicle down situation.
