operation / blindspot inop / lane assistant inop/ DTC B178F-15 active, please follow these steps: 1.- Refer to TSB-08-219-24 MP - Rear Windshield Wipers Operate Continuously and TSB 08-136-24 REV. A - Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) Module Update. 2.- Verify if failure is still present (review wipers, turn signal, blindspot and lane assistant status) and if DTCs still active. 3.- If failure still present, make sure all the switches' and airbag's harness are properly connected and there is no corrosion, disconnect the switches & reconnect them, and reverify the issue. 4.- Read at the BCM diagnosis session if BCM is receiving information from SCCM. Through diagnosis review if activation from wipers is requested, if turn signal, blindspot and lane assistant work. 5.- Do a hard reset of battery to BCM and evaluate if any DTC is set. Retest if failure still present. If there are no DTC's, physical defects, wipers inop, nor turn signal inop, then SCCM does not need to be replaced.

1.Identify Customer Concern Check for small traces of coolant near the water pump, especially around the weeper chamber.

Confirm if coolant is visibly dripping from the weeper chamber. 2.Root Cause identification The weeper chamber is designed to collect small amounts of coolant (< 3 ml/h) that pass through the dynamic seal. Red traces or shadows around the chamber may appear during initial operation due to seal adaptation or vapor condensation. These traces are not necessarily signs of a leak. Continuous dripping of coolant, however, indicates a malfunction. 3.Service Repair Procedure Lift the vehicle using an elevator. Verify if coolant is actively dripping from the weeper chamber. Run the engine at idle, alternating speed between 2000 4000 rpm for 15 minutes. Observe the weeper chamber during this test: If coolant continues to drip: Replace the water pump (possible permanent damage to the dynamic seal). If dripping stops: No further action is needed; the vehicle can be returned to the customer. 4.Clarify Leak Sources Do not confuse leaks from: The Press-In-Place rubber gasket (between water pump and engine block), or The inlet pipe nipples with leaks from the weeper chamber.

Diagnosis: - Using a Scan Tool (wiTECH) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in DealerCONNECT/Service Library, verify all related systems are functioning as designed. If DTCs or symptom conditions, other than the one listed are present, record the issues on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding further with this bulletin. - If any vehicle exhibits any of the symptoms listed above in the customer symptom section, perform the Repair Procedure. - Special Tools/Equipment: wiTECH or equivalent. Repair Procedure: 1. Open the hood and locate the hood switch 2. Push in on the two locking tabs and pull them out. 3. Disconnect the wire connector from the switch. 4. Connect the wires to the same hood switch. 5. Push the switch back into the hold until both lock tab are engaged. 6. Clear all DTCs that may have been set in any module during this repair procedure. 7. In case the P152F/P152E DTCs persist, repeat the procedure with a new/spare/known good switch and repeat steps 5 and 6. 8. Replace switch installed during previous step for the original switch of the vehicle. If DTCs P152F/P152E are not present, leave the original switch installed and do not document the change of the switch in the repair process/narrative.

Inspect & check all electrical connections to the alternator a. 2-way connector containing field control circuit & alternator sense voltage circuit. b. Unplug & plug-in the 2-way connector for field & sense circuit. Verify the connection is tight & check for any bent pins in alternator connector or damage to female terminals in connector. c. Check Alternator B+ Stud connection to be sure nut is securing positive cable terminal properly (i.e. nut is clamping terminal & connection is tight). d. Check fuse between the alternator B+ stud & PDC terminal to make sure it is not blown. e. Be sure to follow service manual sections on ALTERNATOR CONTROL CIRCUIT DIAGNOSTIC & ALTERNATOR SENSE CIRCUIT DIAGNOSTIC looking for any opens & shorts (to ground or battery voltage). 2. Check/verify all grounds in the charging system circuit a. Check tightness of mounting bolts securing alternator to engine block. Alternator is a case ground component. b. Check main ground from engine to chassis; connection must be tight. c. Check battery ground cable connections are tight. d. Potentially, loosen alternator mounting bolts, without removing alternator, and re-tighten to torque specifications in service manual. e. After all steps above are complete, re-start engine & check charging system operation. 3. Verify that the Smart Charging System is not the reason for alternator low voltage & current output (Amps). a. Alternator charging can be suspended during engine idle operation because of the Smart Charge strategy. b. Refer to service manual section ""System Operation - Smart Charging System"". c. Refer to Star Case S2008000031 Rev A for low charging voltage & Smart Charge Mode Voltage Range diagram & mode descriptions. d. The alternator has no internal regulator; thus, has no smart circuitry. All alternator control signals come from ECM. 4. If alternator is faulty, remove alternator & mounting bolts. Return alternator with bolts for analysis at QEC."

Electronic Park Brake Switch LED- C10CD-01 Electronic Park Brake Switch-General Electrical Failure 1. Confirm customer's concern 2. If the DTCs come as STORED, clear them prior to performing any service steps. If the DTCs come as ACTIVE 3. Check that the battery connectors are properly seated as well as the ground connector. 4. Try disconnecting the battery for 5min to reset the module. 5. If the issue with the EPB is still present and there are ACTIVE DTCs, check for any loose connection at the Park Brake Switch or Brake System Module BEFORE replacing the Switch. If after disconnecting the switch and the module, any DTC goes from ACTIVE to STORE, clear them and do not replace the switch. 6. If after following steps 1 to 5 the Park brake switch is not working, replace the switch. Note: If there is any other DTC are present, review Brake System Module BEFORE replacing the switch.
