Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA Vehicles built after on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. All 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the vehicle you are repairing has a crack in the flex plate or failed pump bushing inspect and confirm that both (2) dowel pins are present in the engine block, which align the transmission center line to the crank shaft centerline and visually inspect the dowel alignment holes in the transmission case. If the holes are damaged or elongated the transmission should be replaced to prevent further damage to the transmission/flexplate or pump bushing due to the inability to properly align the engine to the transmission during the repair. 3. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If pump bushing is scored or damaged and the dowel pin alignment holes are ok, replace the pump assembly as opposed to complete transmission. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter.

with leak concern: 1) Ensure the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) Cap O-ring is seated in the proper groove in the cap and not damaged or cut. 2) If replacing the (OFA) due to a leak detected between (OFA) and block. Ensure the torque on the 5 bolts are torqued to 12nm. If not record the actual values, torque to 12nm and contact the FCA employees listed below. 3) Remove the (OFA) and replace the O-ring and gaskets only (Kit #68191356A$), NOT THE OFA. 4) If oil was drained, add oil dye to ensure the leak is repaired. Issue Description: If the customer complains of a steering column squeak when turning the wheel in low speed maneuvers (parking lot, driveway) in cold weather, the following inspection procedure will assist in preventing a misdiagnosis.~ Inspect the suspension front coil spring to isolators. This can be done by first letting the vehicle cold soak. The noise is normally heard in temperatures ranging from 15- 40 degrees (F). With one person in the vehicle turning the steering wheel, place your hand on the front spring. If a vibration is felt when the noise is heard by the vehicle occupant, the issue is from the front suspension ? not in the steering column. Do not service the steering column.

Parking Assist Module - Signal Invalid This bulletin involves updating the Park Assist Module (PAM) software. Some customers may comment that when pressing the Parallel and/or Perpendicular Park Assist button when the vehicle is stopped (during stop/start event) it will not illuminate. Additionally the customer may experience a false park assist detection. This is caused by ground reflections, on vehicles equipped with XH3 or XH4. If the customer wish to do a Parallel and/or Perpendicular Park Assist (PPPA) maneuver and they push the PPPA button, then the cluster may display, "Active ParkSense Temporarily Unavailable?. This is an intermittent condition and will only last for one key cycle. On further inspection the technician may find DTC U045A-86 - Implausible Data Received From Parking Assist Module - Signal Invalid and/or a B2128-17 - Sensor Supply Voltage - Circuit Voltage Above Threshold set in the PAM.

After a temperature slide bar movement, the radio display shows the temperature slider waiting for about three seconds and then the slide bar jumps again. Insufficient heating or cooling inside the vehicle.** After the ignition has been turned off for over four minutes, the MTC HVAC controls change to a different setting. The temperature setting should remain where the temperature was last set at. When the temperature slider bar is left at mid way point or less, the setting will revert to a cooler setting depending on where it was set before.

Front of Vehicle or DTC C1266 ACC Sensor Blinded, please verify that there is no blockage in front of the sensor. Blockage can occur from mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage, the sensor not attached to the bracket properly or an aftermarket fascia installed. This fault can occur intermittently in muddy or icy/snowy conditions and is considered normal operation. Under some circumstances, a misaligned sensor can also cause the C1266 DTC, please complete an alignment procedure. No replacement is required.~ 2) If you are replacing this part due to the cluster displaying ?ACC/FCW Unavailable Service Required?, please check the DTC fault codes. This will indicate which module needs to be serviced (TCM, PCM, ESP/ABS, etc). This fault is not due to the ACC Sensor. No sensor replacement is required.~ 3) If you have fault code DTC C125E ACC Sensor Adjustment Required, please verify that the radar sensor is fully seated in the clips and there is no damage (if clips are damaged on a 2013 or earlier vehicle, order P/N 68085813A$, otherwise please replace the module), please verify there is no blockage to the sensor due to mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage or the sensor not attached to the bracket properly. Perform the Vertical Alignment and the Electronic Horizontal Alignments procedure as stated in the service manual. Please note, if the horizontal alignment procedure will not complete, check the vertical alignment and confirm that the sensor is seated properly. Rerun the horizontal alignment procedure. No sensor replacement is required. **Hints for running Horizontal Alignment procedure: A) Verify speed is between 45 and 75 mph, B) verify the road is relatively straight with signs, poles, guard rails, etc C) Do not tail a vehicle too closely this inhibits the learning procedure
