Per regulation requirement, the mirror is designed to breakaway in the event of a crash. The mount spring must be replaced anytime the mirror is removed from the windshield. The mount spring for the rearview mirror is a one-time use item. Upon installation, a new mount spring must be torqued to the specification noted in Service Information.

iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max) does not charge when using the wireless charger, please let them know that we are aware of these concerns and are currently looking into it. Replacing the wireless charger or using another iPhone 12 will not address the customer's concern. Please inform your customer to use a USB charging cord until a repair is available.
