Were aware of this concern and were currently working on a solution, so, at this time, theres no product improvement available. Until there is, dont try replacing the seat frame or the seat-back pad. You wont get rid of this noise and you just might wind up with a come-back. Be sure to pass this info along to the service advisor so he or she can inform your customer of the situation.

The easiest way to remove it during PDI is to grab the covering with both hands near the top of the steering wheel and pull it toward you, like you see here. The covering comes right off.

Confirm the noise by accelerating while the front wheels are turned sharply to the left and then again to the right.
