When used with a new oil level check procedure (check Upright instead of on Jiffy Stand), the new dipstick (Part No. 62700380) provides a more accurate reading of the oil level in the oil pan and reduces the possibility of overfilling. Harley-Davidson is conducting a Product Program (0931) to offer this dipstick replacement at no charge to owners of the affected vehicles.

Recent evaluations have identified that certain newly manufactured exhaust headers may contain residual hard particles that, if not removed prior to installation, can migrate through the engine system and cause accelerated component wear or severe mechanical damage.

This bulletin informs dealers that starting on August 1, 2025, the Milwaukee-Eight Center-Cooled Direct Ship Warranty engines will not come with the decorative camshaft cover or Variable Valve Timing (VVT) solenoid. This involves all: Non-VVT equipped Touring and Softail models VVT solenoid equipped CVO models. NOTE: On VVT models, the solenoid opening will be plugged to prevent contamination.

PURPOSE: This bulletin informs dealers that the engine oil of a limited range of 2025 Softail models was overfilled at the assembly plant. This can cause temporary smoking from the exhaust pipe.

Availability of the new Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) batteries will vary by market and will be transitioning over the next few months.
