Service Bulletin for Draining Water Trapped in the Upper A-Pillar.
Read full bulletin
A water leak in the seams between the cab roof and cab side wall or back wall can result in water becoming trapped in the upper A-pillar area in some Cascadia and New Cascadia vehicles. This water may migrate inside the cab and eventually spill through the marker light fastener clearance holes and drip on the dash.
Service Bulletin for Replacing Windshield Gasket.
Read full bulletin
Different types of cab leaks can result in water dripping from the top of the windshield, onto the dash. Replacing a windshield gasket unnecessarily may create new leak issues. Do not replace a windshield gasket unless it has been confirmed to leak, using the cab pressure test.

24 bulletinsRevised Freightliner Service Bulletin for Axle Flange Gasket Replaced with O-Ring.
Read full bulletin
Revision removed steps instructing removal and installation of wheels. Daimler Trucks North America has released a new axle shaft to hub rubber O-ring (part number 11-30728-000) as a replacement for the paper gasket (part number 11-14418-000). The new O-ring will provide better sealing and is reusable. It is quicker and easier to use compared to the paper gasket, because using a paper gasket requires cleaning the hub when the axle shaft is removed.

Service Bulletin for Lengthening the Backup Light Harness.

Though the backup light harness is long enough to connect to the backup light switch, it may be short enough that the wire seals in the connector can be stressed. Moisture entering through the seals can cause corrosion, resulting in a bad connection and/or failure of the switch.
