INSTALLED WITH A STOP THAT ALLOWS THE PULL PINS TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE FRAME. IF THE OUTER LEG IS NOT BELOW THE BOTTOM FRAME RAIL IT CAN CAUSE THE PULL PINS FOR THE LEG TO BECOME DAMAGED, RESULTING IN THE INNER LEG BEING INCAPABLE OF DROPPING DURING NORMAL USE.
