Transmission Kit with Torque Converter 1.

Read full bulletin

All Promaster (VF) 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the transmission bracket to the transmission case fasteners are removed during servicing, the fasteners (Part Number 06511385A$) are one-time usage. Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA Vehicles built after on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. All 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the vehicle you are repairing has a crack in the flex plate or failed pump bushing inspect and confirm that both (2) dowel pins are present in the engine block, which align the transmission center line to the crank shaft centerline and visually inspect the dowel alignment holes in the transmission case. If the holes are damaged or elongated the transmission should be replaced to prevent further damage to the transmission/flexplate or pump bushing due to the inability to properly align the engine to the transmission during the repair. 3. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If pump bushing is scored or damaged and the dowel pin alignment holes are ok, replace the pump assembly as opposed to complete transmission. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter.

Blockage can occur from mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage, the sensor not attached to the bracket properly or an aftermarket fascia installed. This fault can occur intermittently in muddy or icy/snowy conditions and is considered normal operation. Under some circumstances, a misaligned sensor can also cause the C1266 DTC, please complete an alignment procedure. No replacement is required.~ 2) If you are replacing this part due to the cluster displaying ?ACC/FCW Unavailable Service Required?, please check the DTC fault codes. This will indicate which module needs to be serviced (TCM, PCM, ESP/ABS, etc). This fault is not due to the ACC Sensor. No sensor replacement is required.~ 3) If you have fault code DTC C125E ACC Sensor Adjustment Required, please verify that the radar sensor is fully seated in the clips and there is no damage (if clips are damaged on a 2013 or earlier vehicle, order P/N 68085813A$, otherwise please replace the module), please verify there is no blockage to the sensor due to mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage or the sensor not attached to the bracket properly. Perform the Vertical Alignment and the Electronic Horizontal Alignments procedure as stated in the service manual. Please note, if the horizontal alignment procedure will not complete, check the vertical alignment and confirm that the sensor is seated properly. Rerun the horizontal alignment procedure. No sensor replacement is required. **Hints for running Horizontal Alignment procedure: A) Verify speed is between 45 and 75 mph, B) verify the road is relatively straight with signs, poles, guard rails, etc C) Do not tail a vehicle too closely this inhibits the learning procedure

Read full bulletin

Module (ITBM) please review the following items.~ 1. The ITBM does not control the trailer lights. If the trailer lights are not working, do not change the ITBM.~ 2. If the Diagnostic Trouble Code(DTC) reported by the ITBM is C10C7-11 "Electronic Trailer Brake Control Output Short to Ground" or C10C7-12 "Electronic Trailer Brake Control Output Short to Battery", please verify the wiring on the trailer. The purpose of this faults is to protect the ITBM output from faulty trailer wiring.~ 3. If the customer complaint is ITBM not detecting the trailer connection. Do not change the ITBM until the system has been verified with load simulation and confirmed that ITBM is not recognizing the load. If load simulation indicates that the ITBM is operating properly, please verify the trailer wiring.~ 4. ITBM output will not be available if a trailer is not connect and plugged into the vehicle. The ITBM must detect a trailer before you will get trailer brake output.~ 5. Please follow the service manual procedures before changing the ITBM.~ This part can only be used as a replacement on vehicles with the Integrated Trailer Brake system already installed. Do not attempt to use this module for the purpose of adding the Integrated Trailer Brake system to a vehicle that was not originally equipped. You will encounter configuration difficulties. MOPAR has developed a kit, part number 82212548 to be used for installation of the Integrated Trailer Brake system on vehicles.
