Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA Vehicles built after on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. All 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the vehicle you are repairing has a crack in the flex plate or failed pump bushing inspect and confirm that both (2) dowel pins are present in the engine block, which align the transmission center line to the crank shaft centerline and visually inspect the dowel alignment holes in the transmission case. If the holes are damaged or elongated the transmission should be replaced to prevent further damage to the transmission/flexplate or pump bushing due to the inability to properly align the engine to the transmission during the repair. 3. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If pump bushing is scored or damaged and the dowel pin alignment holes are ok, replace the pump assembly as opposed to complete transmission. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter.

Clean the pins, drain the reservoir, and fill with Mopar approved washer fluid. Check to determine if the issue has been resolved. Continue with repair if necessary. Front of Vehicle or DTC C1266 ACC Sensor Blinded, please verify that there is no blockage in front of the sensor. Blockage can occur from mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage, the sensor not attached to the bracket properly or an aftermarket fascia installed. This fault can occur intermittently in muddy or icy/snowy conditions and is considered normal operation. Under some circumstances, a misaligned sensor can also cause the C1266 DTC, please complete an alignment procedure. No replacement is required.~ 2) If you are replacing this part due to the cluster displaying ?ACC/FCW Unavailable Service Required?, please check the DTC fault codes. This will indicate which module needs to be serviced (TCM, PCM, ESP/ABS, etc). This fault is not due to the ACC Sensor. No sensor replacement is required.~ 3) If you have fault code DTC C125E ACC Sensor Adjustment Required, please verify that the radar sensor is fully seated in the clips and there is no damage (if clips are damaged on a 2013 or earlier vehicle, order P/N 68085813A$, otherwise please replace the module), please verify there is no blockage to the sensor due to mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage or the sensor not attached to the bracket properly. Perform the Vertical Alignment and the Electronic Horizontal Alignments procedure as stated in the service manual. Please note, if the horizontal alignment procedure will not complete, check the vertical alignment and confirm that the sensor is seated properly. Rerun the horizontal alignment procedure. No sensor replacement is required. **Hints for running Horizontal Alignment procedure: A) Verify speed is between 45 and 75 mph, B) verify the road is relatively straight with signs, poles, guard rails, etc C) Do not tail a vehicle too closely this inhibits the learning procedure

A customer may experience one or more of the following: ? Radio display screen intermittently may go blank. ? Radio display screen may be locked. ? Backup display may not turn off. ? Audio Mutes. ? Not able to change state of heated seats and/or steering wheel during stop event on Stop/Start vehicles. ? Touchscreen confirmation beep may be too loud. ? The radio does not allow selection of the Polish language. ? The radio fan continually runs at high speed. ? Customer perception may be the radio fan is too loud. Improvements: ? Only allow vehicle settings to be changed in run mode. To help insure settings are properly saved. ? Always gray out text message soft keys for non-supporting devices. ? Voice Recognition (VR) improved accuracy.
