with leak concern: 1) Ensure the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) Cap O-ring is seated in the proper groove in the cap and not damaged or cut. 2) If replacing the (OFA) due to a leak detected between (OFA) and block. Ensure the torque on the 5 bolts are torqued to 12nm. If not record the actual values, torque to 12nm and contact the FCA employees listed below. 3) Remove the (OFA) and replace the O-ring and gaskets only (Kit #68191356A$), NOT THE OFA. 4) If oil was drained, add oil dye to ensure the leak is repaired. For model year 2014 vehicles replace the Oil Filter Adaptor. 5) When replacing PN's 68310865A$ & 68308741A$, it may be necessary to transfer the Oil Temp/Pressure Sensor from the old OFA to the new OFA.

Occupants will experience being cold ( winter time), on either passenger or driver side, even though the temperature setting is the same. Root cause: Suspect sun senors ( PN 55111274AA and 55111275AA). THERE WILL BE NO DTC FOR THE SUN SENSOR active or stored. The issue is diagnosed by using an INCANDESCENT (not LED) shop lamp. Shine the shop lamp on the left side of the sensor, then on the right side of the sensor, while monitoring sensor output with STARSCAN. The reading should change from 0 (or near zero) to about 20 to 40. The important thing is that the left and right readings are the same, and that they change when the lamp is shone on it.

Front of Vehicle or DTC C1266 ACC Sensor Blinded, please verify that there is no blockage in front of the sensor. Blockage can occur from mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage, the sensor not attached to the bracket properly or an aftermarket fascia installed. This fault can occur intermittently in muddy or icy/snowy conditions and is considered normal operation. Under some circumstances, a misaligned sensor can also cause the C1266 DTC, please complete an alignment procedure. No replacement is required.~ 2) If you are replacing this part due to the cluster displaying ?ACC/FCW Unavailable Service Required?, please check the DTC fault codes. This will indicate which module needs to be serviced (TCM, PCM, ESP/ABS, etc). This fault is not due to the ACC Sensor. No sensor replacement is required.~ 3) If you have fault code DTC C125E ACC Sensor Adjustment Required, please verify that the radar sensor is fully seated in the clips and there is no damage (if clips are damaged on a 2013 or earlier vehicle, order P/N 68085813A$, otherwise please replace the module), please verify there is no blockage to the sensor due to mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage or the sensor not attached to the bracket properly. Perform the Vertical Alignment and the Electronic Horizontal Alignments procedure as stated in the service manual. the Amplifier with updated software. The customer may experience audio distortion from the front door speakers when the rear AUX port is in use. The distortion may occurs when playing certain media with a lot of high frequency content. The equalization doesn't have a settings for rear AUX mode and defaulted to the AM mode. The AM mode equalization has a boost for high frequencies. This increase boost can cause the Amp to distort the sound.

The customer may experience one or more of the following. ? When changing the language on the radio, the navigation may still display English. ? Help prevent navigation lockup. ? Ghost image of the vehicle?s brand logo on the display screen. ? Digital photos loaded onto the hard drive intermittently get lost. ? Sirius audio pop on power up. ? HFM audio pop on power up. ? HFM Mode resume with no information. SYMPTOM/CONDITION FOR RHB RADIOS ONLY: ? Trip planner does not save a route after is was created. ?
