the Amplifier with updated software. The customer may experience audio distortion from the front door speakers when the rear AUX port is in use. The distortion may occurs when playing certain media with a lot of high frequency content. The equalization doesn't have a settings for rear AUX mode and defaulted to the AM mode. The AM mode equalization has a boost for high frequencies. This increase boost can cause the Amp to distort the sound.

The customer may experience when using the Navigation system, it shows their vehicle in the wrong location. This is caused by the GPS system locking in on 3 or less satellites, due to Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) blocking the satellite signals. The system needs to have a lock on 4 or more satellites, to function properly. Replacing the radio will correct this condition.
