FIXED BARRIER COLLISION TEST, THE FRAME SIDE RAILS COLLAPSED AND THE BRACKETRY ATTACHED TO ONE OF THE RAILS SUPPORTING THE FUEL ASSEMBLY RUPTURED OR PUNCTURED THE FUEL TANK. THIS COULD ALLOW EXCESSIVE FUEL SPILLAGE.
